Dr. Mahesh Balsekar is a consultant pediatrician with three decades of experience. He is an honorary pediatrician at Breach Candy Hospital & Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital. Dr. Balsekar has a special interest in newborn care and public health education. He is the founder and trustee of the charitable trust Healing Touch - a Children Medical Aid Trust, which provides financial assistance to children with critical illnesses from low-income households. He is a medical adviser to St. Jude India - an NGO that provides free of charge shelter and holistic care to children undergoing cancer treatment. He also serves on the board of Project NEEDS an NGO which assists low income rural school children. He has authored a book: 0 to 2 Baby & You - A Pediatrician's Handbook of Practical Parenting.
Suman Agarwal is a renowned nutritionist, author and founder of Selfcare. From starting her career as a dancer and classical singer, she went on to become an Oxford certified nutritionist and a qualified fitness trainer from the National Institute of Aerobics. Within a short span of fifteen years, Suman has positively influenced the health of over 12000 people across the globe including industrialists, doctors and Bollywood personalities. Suman Agarwal is frequently hailed as the new age guru of fitness and health. That is because when she sets a diet program, it is a fine tuned health plan that you can live by forever!
Pooja Taparia is the founder and Chief Executive of Arpan, an NGO based in Mumbai with a mission to prevent the occurrence of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) and heal those who have been affected by it. She began her work against CSA in 2006 and has grown Arpan from a team size of 3 to around 60 professionals (the largest team in India) who run various activities and workshops & provide training and counselling services to deal with CSA. Arpan has so far helped over 120,000 children and adults directly through its services and over 500,000 individuals indirectly through trainings and capacity building programs.
Arpan has won multiple awards for its exemplary work and high organizational standards, including the India NGO Award 2011 and the Dasra Girl Power Award 2015. In the past, Pooja has been awarded the Architects of the Future Award 2013-14; an international award for social entrepreneurs and her life work has been installed in the Melk Abbey, a museum in Austria. Pooja is a graduate in Graphic Design and Commerce. She is currently a Director on the Board of UnLtd India and plays an advisory role on their strategies and programs.

Annam takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, Annam will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send Annam a written request for a refund within 1 days of making the donation to Annam's official address or email annam4it@gmail.com along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.
In case a person feels that her debit/credit card or bank account is used to make donation by another person then please raise a request with the organisation within 3 days.
The decision of board of trustees regarding whether to approve or disapprove the refund of donation will be final and binding on the donor.
